The HTC EVO 3D is the legitimate heir to Sprint's mobile kingdom, featuring a dual core 1.2GHz CPU and Adreno 220 GPU, 1GB RAM, 4.3" QHD glasses-free 3D screen, and 3D video recording and picture taking capabilities. Internal storage is only 4GB but the phone comes packaged with an 8GB class 4 microSD card. The EVO 3D is by no means a small phone, but for those used to the EVO 4G or similar phones it will feel at home in your hand.

Sony Ericsson Xperia Play

In portrait mode, this Android 2.3 device is your typical smartphone with a 5-megapixel camera, a 4-inch capacitive multitouch 480 x 854 screen, and social networking features. In landscape mode, the slide out keyboard reveals a digital D-pad, two analog touchpads, two shoulder buttons, and the four geometric PlayStation buttons (circle, cross, square, and triangle). The first PlayStation Certified device, as Sony Ericsson is calling it, is powered by a 1Ghz Snapdragon processor, an Adreno 205 GPU, and 512MB of RAM.

BlackBerry Bold 9780

Apple iPhone 4

The latest iteration of the popular iPhone includes a high-resolution so-called 'Retina Display' that squeezes 326 pixels per inch into its surface -- that's twice as many pixels as its 3GS predecessor. The result is a crisp 640 x 960 screen that puts (almost) everything else available to shame.
